This session is all about collaboration. We’ll work together to identify your goals for therapy and discuss the best approach to meet your unique needs.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem struggles, or something else, we’ll create a plan tailored to help you move forward.
The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, express any concerns, and get a sense of how therapy can support you.
