In recent years, I have developed specialized expertise in helping clients manage and overcome anxiety.
This includes addressing challenges such as self-doubt, difficulties in decision-making, and unhealthy relational patterns that may be holding them back.

In our work together, we will use either Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or psychodynamic counselling, depending on your goals and how anxiety manifests itself in your life.
If your anxiety is driven by specific thought patterns or behaviours,
we may focus on CBT techniques, which help identify
and challenge unhelpful thoughts and develop healthier coping strategies.
This approach is particularly effective in reducing excessive worry
and increasing self-confidence.

Alternatively, if your anxiety stems from deeper emotional or
unconscious issues, Psychodynamic Counselling may be a better fit.
This approach explores past experiences, unresolved relational patterns,
and childhood influences, aiming to uncover the root causes of your anxiety.
By gaining greater self-awareness, you can work through internal conflicts
and develop more adaptive ways of responding to anxiety in the present.

A key part of our process is improving anxiety-related patterns in
relationships, addressing self-doubt, and overcoming self-criticism.
We’ll tailor our approach to help you understand and shift the patterns that contribute to your anxiety, whether through practical CBT strategies or deeper psychodynamic exploration.

Together, we’ll also explore the deeper roots of anxiety, including traumatic experiences, neglect in relationships, shame,
and limiting beliefs that may contribute to ongoing struggles.
