About Me
I am a psychotherapist and supervisor accredited by BABCP, BACP, and IPT UK, with over 16 years of experience supporting adults through emotional, relational, and identity-related challenges.
My work has included roles in the NHS, multicultural counselling services, bereavement agencies, the probation service and mental health charities.

My own experience in therapy inspired me to train as a psychotherapist. I offer a grounded, transparent, and collaborative approach, helping you explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships while developing practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges.
I draw on psychodynamic, interpersonal, and cognitive-behavioural approaches, and when relevant, I incorporate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) to support lasting insight and emotional growth.
