My Services

Psychotherapy for Adults

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults who want to understand themselves more deeply and make meaningful, lasting change.

Many people come to therapy when they feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to move forward.

Therapy is available in Banstead and online across the UK, and can be short-term or longer-term depending on your needs.

If you are unsure whether your experience matches any category, we can explore this in an initial consultation.

Practical Details & What to Expect

Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually weekly.

The pace, goals, and methods depend on your priorities and what feels most helpful for you.

The initial session focuses on:

  • Current difficulties

  • Your goals

  • How we might work together

After the assessment, we agree on the approach that best supports your goals and review progress as we go.
